It is through a process of "embodiment" that we come to know ourselves; we discover our unique capacities and gifts, our voice, our expressive potentials.

My work is grounded in body awareness and integration. Sensory awareness helps us to feel and see our way, to hear the Callings, both bold and subtle. We come to know our place and role in the world.

I am dedicated to processes that expand human/earth consciousness, promote body/earth sustainability, and clarify our place within the larger web of life.

I have a private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico where I offer both individual and group work in the Feldenkrais Method®, The Healthy Back Program, and Callings: Programs in Consciousness and Life Direction.
